To be able to fulfill agreements for the loan of art for exhibitions, we need contact details and what it is we are saving. After completed agreement, this information is archived in anonymized form.
To be able to complete agreements surrounding services that we buy, we need contact details and what the assignment is about. After the assignment, we retain personal data if we have received consent.
To make purchases in the online store, we need contact information. These are saved together with purchase history for two years, then only statistics that cannot be traced to any individual are retained. If you create your own profile on My page, you can delete your data yourself after completing the purchase. Information about credit cards is encrypted and is nothing we see or save.
To send out newsletters after registered interest, we save your e-mail address and name. You can unsubscribe from the newsletters you signed up for at any time.
To be able to offer employment, submitted applications are saved during the year they are received and the calendar year thereafter.
To receive bookings for viewings, we need contact details and which viewings have been booked. Data relating to private individuals is saved for two years, after which only anonymous statistics are kept. If you create a profile on our online booking page and log in, you can manage your data yourself and decide if and when they should be deleted or not.
